Novilyze turns recorded conversations into information you can actually work with. Upload a meeting, call, or recording, and it transcribes it, understands who said what, creates a summary and tasks, and connects everything to a project that keeps evolving over time.

Instead of leaving important information buried inside recordings and transcripts, Novilyze turns it into knowledge you can find, manage, and act on.

Upload a recording and Novilyze analyzes the conversation. If it belongs to an existing project, you can attach it there. If there is no relevant project yet, Novilyze can suggest creating one and even propose a name based on the conversation.

It then transcribes the meeting, separates the speakers, helps you identify who said what, and creates a summary and tasks from the conversation.

Novilyze separates the conversation into different speakers.

Once the transcript is ready, it can show you a section from one speaker and ask who it is. If you identify that person as Daniel, for example, Novilyze can automatically assign the other sections from the same speaker to Daniel.

You do not need to label every sentence manually, and you can leave speakers unidentified if knowing their name is not important.

Yes. Novilyze is designed to work with both Hebrew and English conversations and can also handle meetings where more than one language is used.

The transcript reflects the languages spoken in the meeting, and the summary is automatically generated based on the language of the transcript.

Each meeting includes a transcript, speaker separation, a summary, and tasks created from what was actually discussed.

For example, if someone says, "Noa, send the updated version to the client by Thursday," Novilyze can create a task for Noa with the relevant action.

If the conversation makes it clear that something is urgent or especially important, that can also be reflected in the task's priority.

Yes. You can talk to the AI inside Novilyze and add information that was not part of the original recording.

For example, after a meeting you could say, "Add that Roy also needs to review the proposal before it is sent to the client."

Novilyze can create the task and save a note indicating that the information was added after the meeting. You can then regenerate the summary so the new information is included.

You can tell Novilyze which information should not be treated as important.

For example, if the team spent a few minutes talking about weekend plans and that conversation appeared in the summary, you can tell Novilyze that it is not relevant.

The instruction is saved, and when you regenerate the summary, Novilyze can use that context and leave the irrelevant information out.

If you upload a recording from inside a project, Novilyze already knows where it belongs. It processes the new meeting and connects its transcript, summary, decisions, and tasks with everything that is already known.
